Last night the IEM management committee met with our shiny new social enterprise consultant Adrian Ashton, to work out how to move forward with the Green Food Adventures business plan. We’ve already done our Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analyses for the five “fingers” of the proposed sustainable food business (formerly known as Growing Futures).
